User Activity – application use time. Activity counts all input operations (like key strokes or mouse clicks) in an active application relative to summary process time. E.g Employee used MS Word for 10 minutes but only 8 minutes was typing text. (Minimal non activity time to be noticed is 2 minutes)
Activity = (8min/10 min)*100%= 80%
Work Breaks – Summary of non activity time. If inactivity took more than 5 minutes, it will be recorded to Work Breaks report aswell.
