If during importing personnel list from Active Directory there appears an error: “Cannot refer to the same record. The column “IdManager” in table “ucoUser” refers to the “Id” column. The transaction ended in the trigger. The batch has been aborted.”
It means that among imported reports there is at least one worker who described himself as a supervisor in Active Directory.
Solution:
To solve this issue, find such a description in Active Directory and change the supervisor position in the worker’s card.
