How to review my statistics?

Transcript:

Many users when they find out that a computer is being monitored
are not aware of what that really means.
This video aims to make you aware of the information collected by Statlook agents and how to access it.
The Statlook assistant may be used for this purpose. The blue icon in the bar next to the clock
allows you to check the activity of the application and working time
on your computer this is not all the data collected using the “Review your stats”
link a new browser tab will open the Statlook website and the current
Windows user will be logged in automatically.
If there is no assistant icon in your bar the administrator may have disabled
this method of logging in. Ask your administrator to provide the Statlook
Web page address and access data to log in manually.
The default page displayed after logging in is the summary.
Use the ribbon at the top of the screen to change the active report.
The general report provides basic contact information.
Absences is an interactive report that allows you to plan report or verify absences from work.
Check with the administrator if the report is used in your organization.
Another report Bizlook creates graphs for each day the user was logged in.
Data is limited by hours so you may easily check your computer’s usage at any time.
This makes it easier to plan shift work
The ‘Computer work’ report is an overview of the activities for each individual day.
Here you will find information such as start and end times, total session time and breaks.
‘Application Activity’ is the difference between session time and breaks and inactivity.
For a complete understanding of ‘Activity’,
you should know that if you stop using your computer for 2 minutes,
inactivity will be counted, but if that time exceeds
5 minutes, it will be counted as a session break.
‘Visited WWW’ is a report in which you can find information about the time and number of visits to particular websites.
This report is supplemented by two more: ‘Downloaded Web Files’ and ‘Uploaded Files’.
The next report — ‘Windows captions’ — shows the information read from the titles of any programs running.
For example, if you use Google Chrome to run YouTube, the name of the artist of the song you were listening to is reported.
In addition, the total time for the same headers is also counted.
The ‘Data devices’ presents information about USB flash drives and portable drives that have been connected to your computer.
The ‘File changes’ is a complementary feature that shows which data were copied to removable media.
The last report, entitled ‘Print details’, tells you which documents have been printed,
on which printer, along with the title of the document, number of pages or format.
Additionally, you may check which resources have been assigned to you.
By clicking on any record you will see the details of each item.
You will get similar information for licenses that have been assigned to you or the computer you are using.
