How to reactivate your Statlook Server license?

Warning

Remember – the license is assigned to the computer (equipment, computer’s name) and OS. Each change will cause license to expire. If a system reinstallation or change of Statlook  Server location change is required, please contact Sales department to renew the license. Optionally, you might e-mail our Sales team, including a brief description of the reason for license renewal.

Solution:

  1. Open the Start Menu.
  2. Search for Statlook Server Setup or run:
    C:\Program Files\Statlook\Server\Statlook.Server.Setup.exe
  3. Select the Product License tab and click the Reactivate Product License button.

  4. In the window that opens, verify that the license key is correct and select the Activate button.

  5. The program will start reactivating the license. Once reactivation is complete, select the Save (settings and start the Statlook Server service) button.
