Is it possible to update uplook Agent manually?
Usually, there is no need for doing so – uplook Agent connects with uplook Server on a regular basis (by default, every 2 minutes). After establishing a connection it compares it version with the Server. If they appear to be incompatibile, the update process will be run automatically.
Warning
Some amount of time must go by to finish all the processes necessary to update uplook Agent. These are the stages of the update:
- downloading a current installation package from uplook Server
- automatic reinstallation of uplook Agent on a client station
- reconnecting uplook Agent and updating the information in the database
